Lost 3.4 Pounds in 3 Days

BistroMD English Muffin with Sausage, Egg and Cheese
Yesterday I was unable to squeeze cardio into my crazy schedule, but I did do my weights and abs. I drank my gallon of water and stuck to my eating plan of 3 BistroMD meals plus one FiberOne protein bar at 170 calories for a snack. I’ve lost 3.4 pounds in 3 days. I know I’m supposed to average a 1-2 pound a week weight loss per week on BistroMD, but I’m off to a really good start. I’ve lost 29 pounds in total since last November. I lost 4 pounds per month average on the other diet plans I was doing, but in all fairness I wasn’t exercising much or drinking a gallon of water per day on those plans.
My commitment to weight loss has hit an all-time high at this point. I just don’t like the way I look at when I’m overweight. I’m having a birthday next month and will be 54 years old. I just want to be healthy. My goal is to be at my best weight by Christmas…or before.
Today’s breakfast was the above English muffin with sausage, egg, and cheese. I’ve never eaten like this on any other diet plan before. Right now I’m just getting the 5 days of meals with no snacks. Very soon I’m going to switch to the 7-day plan with snacks.
It’s lower body strength training today. And a drinking my gallon of water, of course!
Today is my day off, so it would be really nice if I can squeeze in an extra 30 minutes of cardio to make up for what I missed yesterday. I could do that by shopping. The walking I do while shopping counts as cardio – in my own mind at least. I can shop for an hour. I’ll do it at a fast pace.
What are some of the things you guys do for cardio? I need some new ideas.

Can you tell me who did your layout? I’ve been looking for one kind of like yours. Thank you.
Hi Billy. Thanks for stopping in. I used a theme from InkThemes and installed it myself. Feel free to stop by my other website at http://www.sweetmediadesign.com. I’m just installing it today, but there’s a little content on it and you can see my portfolio with other InkThemes that I’ve used at the bottom of my home page. My other website is http://www.bloggeekchic.com. That theme is not an InkTheme, but I thought it was kind of neat anyway.
