Flat Stomach

Today I received my Fed Ex tracking number for my BistroMD food. It is currently at the Fed Ex Location in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The estimated day of arrival at my front door is Thusday…about 37-1/2 hours from now. Do I sound excited or what!

I must admit that I’ve been going a little crazy in between diets here. I’ve had ice cream…a real LOT of ice cream. I might get the urge to moo at any moment.

I guess since no one has taken me up on my weight loss contest offer that I’ll just go ahead and start losing on my own Thursday.

I’ve been exercising a little more lately. My daughter and I each have a Stairmaster in front of the t.v. and we do it together while watching old episodes of “The Pretender.” That sounds a little pathetic since we could be walking outside, but anyway…I just had to share my excitement about my BistroMD food being en route.
